Violation of this copyright is a violation of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act -- which provides for damages of up to $500,000 for the first offense. I'm not kidding -- it REALLY does. Yes, it's insane, but that's US copyright law for you, and I'll use it as long as it works that way. Material in the Intrusion Detection course was written by (and is copyrighted by) Michael Schwarz. Portions of the PHP coursework were written by Brandon Carlson, and are thus copyrighted by him -- to be honest, I don't remember which parts. If you're really curious, contact me, I'll contact him, and we'll hammer it out and get back to you. In the event of an MSCF strike, these copyrighted works may not be used for ANY PURPOSE by ANY MNSCU school..
